1. Text messaging program

Program name. Action Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center Text Messaging.

What we send. Appointment reminders and confirmations, replies to questions you have asked us, follow up about care you are receiving, requests for feedback on your visit, and, only where you have separately agreed to it, occasional news and offers about our services.

Our number. Our text messages come from (630) 699-9858.

How you opt in. You join by ticking a consent box on the form on this website, by giving written consent at the practice, or by texting us first. Promotional messages are sent only if you tick the separate promotional consent box. Consent is never a condition of receiving care or of buying anything from us. For a patient under 18, consent is given by a parent or guardian.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies, depending on your appointments and the conversation you are having with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan with your mobile carrier.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages.

How to rejoin. To start receiving messages again after opting out, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP to any text, or call us at (630) 699-9858, or email info@takeactionchiro.com.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not for emergencies. Do not rely on text messaging for anything urgent. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

The content on this website, including our articles and exercise videos, is general information about our services and about staying active. It is not medical advice and does not create a patient relationship. Stop any exercise that causes pain, and talk to us or your own doctor before starting something new. Treatment decisions are made only after an examination with one of our doctors.
